Daptomycin

DAPTOMYCIN 500MG VIAL & 350MG VIAL

Daptomycin for injection is indicated for the treatment of ​ adult patients with complicated skin and skin structure infections (cSSSI) caused by susceptible isolates of the following Gram-positive bacteria: Staphylococcus aureus (including methicillin-resistant isolates), Streptococcus pyogenes, Streptococcus agalactiae, Streptococcus dysgalactiae subsp. equisimilis, and Enterococcus faecalis (vancomycin-susceptible isolates only).

Fosaprepitant

FOSAPREPITANT 150MG VIAL

Fosaprepitant for injection, in combination with other antiemetic agents, is indicated in adults for the prevention of: Acute and delayed nausea and vomiting associated with initial and repeat courses of highly emetogenic cancer chemotherapy (HEC) including high-dose cisplatin.

Delayed nausea and vomiting associated with initial and repeat courses of moderately emetogenic cancer chemotherapy (MEC).

Glycopyrrolate

GLYCOPYRROLATE Injection, USP 0.4 mg per 2 mL
GLYCOPYRROLATE Injection, USP 1 mg per 5 mL

Glycopyrrolate is used in combination with other medications to treat ulcers in adults and children 12 years of age and older. Glycopyrrolate (Cuvposa) is used to reduce saliva and drooling in children between 3 and16 years of age that have certain medical conditions that cause drooling. Glycopyrrolate is in a class of medications called anticholinergics. It decreases stomach acid and saliva production by blocking the activity of a certain natural substance in the body.

Heparin Sodium Injection

HEPARIN SODIUM 5,000 USP units per .5 mL
HEPARIN SODIUM 2,000 USP units per 2 mL Heparin inhibits reactions that lead to the clotting of blood and the formation of fibrin clots both in vitro and in vivo. Heparin acts at multiple sites in the normal coagulation system. Small amounts of heparin in combination with antithrombin III (heparin cofactor) can inhibit thrombosis by inactivating activated Factor X and inhibiting the conversion of prothrombin to thrombin. Once active thrombosis has developed, larger amounts of heparin can inhibit further coagulation by inactivating thrombin and preventing the conversion of fibrinogen to fibrin. Heparin also prevents the formation of a stable fibrin clot by inhibiting the activation of the fibrin stabilizing factor.

Neostigmine

NEOSTIGMINE INJ 5MG Neostigmine Methylsulfate Injection, a cholinesterase inhibitor, is indicated for reversal of the effects of nondepolarizing neuromuscular blocking agents (NMBA) after surgery.

Pantoprazole Sodium for Injection

PANTOPRAZOLE SODIUM 40MG VIAL Pantoprazole injection is used as a short-term treatment to treat gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD; a condition in which backward flow of acid from the stomach causes heartburn and possible injury of the esophagus [the tube between the throat and stomach]) in people who have had damage to their esophagus and who are unable to take pantoprazole by mouth. It is also used to treat conditions where the stomach produces too much acid, such as Zollinger-Ellison syndrome (tumors in the pancreas and small intestine that caused increased production of stomach acid). Pantoprazole is in a class of medications called proton-pump inhibitors. It works by decreasing the amount of acid made in the stomach.

Sodium Nitroprusside Injection

SODIUM NITROPRUSSIDE INJECTION 50 mg per 2 mL Sodium nitroprusside injection is used for lowering of blood pressure immediately in adults and children with high blood pressure. This medicine is also used to reduce bleeding during surgery, and treats acute heart failure. This medicine is a direct-acting vasodilator.
